Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Please note, we only accept credit card payments for product only sales, for purchases that include services offered by us we only accept cheque or bank transfer. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Any orders that are placed with ControlFX will incur a £6.00 shipping charge which will be shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or FedEx Courier Service.
The majority of orders are dispatched 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery or FedEx Courier Service to anywhere in the UK. Typically, orders are dispatched 3 working days after your order is received, subject to stock availability.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT at 17.5% is added to all orders that are shipped within the EU

Credit Card Security
We use SagePay to undertake our Credit Card Authorisation services. SagePay is the one of the most secure Internet Payment Service Providers using the highest level of encryption currently available (128 Bit), they are also amongst the most advanced in the industry.
Webstract Ltd warrants that the Goods are of satisfactory quality. If the Buyer wishes to make a claim under this warranty, the Buyer shall give written notice to Webstract Ltd within 30 days of the discovery of the defect and give Webstract Ltd a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods in question. Webstract Ltd shall not be liable for any breach of warranty if the Buyer makes any further use of the Goods after giving such notice or alters or repairs the Goods without the agreement of Webstract Ltd. Webstract Ltd’s liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the Goods in question or refunding the price of such Goods. For non-faulty goods there is a cooling off period of 7 days. If you receive the goods then feel they are not what you require then you have the option to return the goods within 7 days of the purchase being made, this is providing you have contacted us via email and explained you want to do this

Webstract Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Webstract Ltd via email within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods whether or not they are faulty or not . If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to Webstract Ltd. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
